1/2 c. butter
3 T. Lemon Juice
3 egg yolks
3 T. Lemon Juice

Microwave butter for 45-60 seconds until melted. Stir in lemon juice. Whisk in 3 egg yolks. Microwave uncovered, whisking every 15 seconds until it thickens--about 1 minute total. Serve over asparagus, broccoli, eggs Benedict, salmon or anything else that suits your fancy. This is delicious and possibly even failproof!
