Chocolate Ganache

1 c. cream
2 T. butter
1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Heat cream and butter to almost simmering.  Remove from and pour over chocolate chips and whisk until smooth.  Refrigerate to get to the consistency you desire.

Works great for fondue.
