1 large avocado
1 c chicken broth
1 c whipping cream
2 t lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
fresh dill or julienned cucumber (for garnish)
Peel avocado and blend. mix with broth. Stir over low heat until smooth Add cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. stir well, cool. Chill in refrigerator. Serve sprinkled with dill or cucumber.
