FRESH PEAR PIE
3 pears
1 c whipping cream
2 T flour
1 pinch salt
1 c sugar
Put sliced pears in an unbaked pie shell, sprinkle dry ingredients over top, pour in cream, cover with top crust and bake for 15 minutes at 400 and then 30 minutes at 325.
